The property measures approximately 677 feet to the north, 215 feet to the east, 640 feet to the south, and 182 feet to the west.

Total beach frontage is approximately 901 feet, of which approximately 225 feet lies to the east, 400 feet lies to the south, 182 feet lies to the west, and the remaining 94 feet lies in an arc which is located at the southwest corner of the property.

Below, two regulation U.S. professional football fields have been overlaid end zone to end zone on top of the property. The dimensions of these two fields (both of which include the end zones) laid out in this manner are 50 yards wide, by 240 yards long (150' x 720') For those who might be more familiar with soccer fields, the result is more or less the same as to length while the width is more or less 50% greater. (Even in World Cup play, precise measurements have not been mandated for soccer fields. Rather, the dimensions must lie within a range of sizes.... width : 70 to 80 yards (68 to 75 meters) length: 110 to 120 yards (105 to 110 meters) )
